Returns Policy

We want you to love every skein. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Contact our support team with your order reference and photos of the issue.
• Approved returns are collected free of charge; refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Custom-cut or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
